How long will it take to review my order?
International orders take 1-2 business days to process plus transit time. Delivery options include Economy International via UPS Mail Innovations (no tracking beyond departure, 1-4 weeks on average) and USPS Priority Mail International (with tracking, 1-4 weeks on average). All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties, and taxes of the destination country. If your package is returned for any reason, you will be notified by email. If you do not respond within two weeks we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order. Shipping and credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.

Am I able to return or exchange my item?
We hope you love what your new WordPress swag! We stand behind everything we sell and want you to be happy with your new purchase. Should you find any issues with the quality of your new item, you can return or replace it within 60 days of purchase.
We offer an exchange-only return policy on unworn, unwashed, and sealed merchandise. If you’d like to exchange any part of your order, please return the item(s) with the supplied address label from your package or ship to the address below with your name, email address, and order number. Please note you will be responsible for all postage. Once your merchandise has been returned, we will issue a store credit for the total value of your exchange via email within 24-48 hours. What size is the right size for me?
We work with an array of printers and brands. When it comes to apparel, each brand and style has it’s own distinct fit. In order to help you find the best size for you, we’ve pulled together the fit charts for the brands we print on (where applicable). For each individual product, please refer to the description to confirm style and brand.

Do you accommodate large bulk orders?
Possibly! If you need more than 10 of any product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the product, specific quantity, and sizes that you need. Some items may have to be special-ordered. Bulk orders may be eligible for discount pricing.
